Qualification programme
Quantitative XRD, full chemistry, loss on ignition, moisture and particle-size distribution. Add pozzolanicity, setting time, water demand and strength tests at several ages.
Optimise the mix
Zeolite may increase water demand and change workability or early strength. Adjust dosage and admixtures through trials. No replacement percentage or strength improvement is guaranteed.
